Quick start (recommended)
Standard workflow
- Keep Auto Plan (⏰) ON (default).
- Set your preferred platform in Plan dialog "Apply to" (this becomes the default for future imports).
- Click Add (Files or Folder) and import videos (Files or Folder).
- Targets are automatically enabled based on your last Plan "Apply to" setting
- Videos are automatically scheduled
- Check or adjust Targets (YT / IG / TT) and Visibility if needed.
- On each platform column, click Schedule if you want a different time.
- Enable Auto Upload (🚀) only when you are ready.
Manual control workflow
- Set Auto Plan (⏰) OFF.
- Import videos (they will not be auto-scheduled, all targets default to OFF).
- Enable the target you want (e.g. YT only) and click Schedule in that platform column.
- Enable Auto Upload (🚀) only when you want automatic execution.
How Auto Plan works
When Auto Plan is ON and you import videos:
- Targets are automatically enabled based on the last Plan dialog "Apply to" setting:
- If last Plan was set to YouTube, only YouTube target is enabled
- If last Plan was set to Instagram, only Instagram target is enabled
- If last Plan was set to TikTok, only TikTok target is enabled
- If last Plan was set to All, YouTube target is enabled by default (safe default)
- The app calculates dates and times from your plan defaults (start date, time slots, time zone).
- It creates scheduled jobs (one per platform per row) for each enabled target.
When Auto Plan is OFF:
- Imported videos are not scheduled.
- All targets default to OFF.
- You must manually enable targets and use Schedule or Plan to assign times.
How Targets and Visibility work
- Targets — Targets are stored per row and control which platforms will be scheduled when you use Schedule or Plan. Targets are enabled automatically when you schedule a platform (by clicking Schedule in the YouTube/Instagram/TikTok column), or when you use the Plan dialog "Apply to" setting. There is no separate UI to directly toggle targets — they are managed implicitly through scheduling actions.
- Visibility — Set Private / Unlisted / Public (YouTube). Stored per row and displayed in the Visibility column.
Targets determine which platforms get scheduled jobs when you use Schedule or Plan. When you schedule a platform for a video (by clicking Schedule in the YouTube/Instagram/TikTok column), that platform's target is automatically enabled. You can also enable targets in bulk using the Plan dialog "Apply to" setting.
How Schedule works (per platform)
For each platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok):
- Ensure the target for that platform is ON.
- In the Jobs table, click the cell for that platform (YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) to open the Schedule for [platform] dialog.
- Choose Schedule for later and set Date & time, or Upload now / Open now / Assist now for immediate action.
- Click Schedule (or Upload now / Open now / Assist now) — a scheduled job is created for that platform and appears in the queue.
You can have different times for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok for the same video.
How Plan works (bulk scheduling)
Use Plan when you want to apply the same time pattern to multiple selected rows:
- Select rows (checkboxes in the Jobs table).
- Click Plan in the command bar.
- Set Targets (All / YouTube / Instagram / TikTok), start date, time zone, and times (presets: 3/day, 4/day, Hourly, or custom).
- Click Apply to N items (N = number of selected rows).
How "Apply to" works:
- All — Enables all 3 targets (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and creates scheduled jobs for all platforms
- YouTube / Instagram / TikTok — Enables only that platform's target and creates scheduled jobs only for that platform
- The selected "Apply to" setting is saved and used as the default for future imports when Auto Plan is ON
Plan applies only to unscheduled platform slots in the selection; rows that already have a time for a platform keep it.
How Auto Upload works
Auto Upload runs in the background when enabled. It polls for due scheduled jobs in the queue and:
- YouTube — Uploads automatically.
- Instagram / TikTok — Manual Assist: copies caption+hashtags to clipboard, opens browser and Explorer (unless Silent Mode is ON).
Silent Mode ON — Only shows the assist overlay; no automatic browser/Explorer opening. Click the overlay to trigger assist.
Silent Mode OFF — Opens browser and Explorer automatically when a scheduled job is due (once per scheduled job, not on every poll).
